4. Client Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment:

You own 100% of the source code delivered
You may modify, resell, or publish the code
TradersDev retains no ownership rights

6. Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope.
Additional features or changes requested after delivery may require extra fees.

7. Delivery & Turnaround

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and workload.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradersDev shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Market conditions or platform limitations

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a project violates applicable laws or ethical standards.
